Description
The Bear is not an actual contestant, but a form the contestants can take if they use the card Bear Potion. This card is carried by The Alchemist. The three contestants that can turn into the bear are Thief, Inventor, and Jester.
Bear is a light brown dice with maroon dots. Bear has shaggy fur, thick limbs, small stubby ears atop the head, and a snarling muzzle.
The Bear is a secret character unlocked only by using the Bear potion. Bear cannot be accessed from the character select screen.
Bear’s starting equipment are two Bear Maul cards. Any other equipment obtained before transforming into the Bear gets taken away. Bear is unique in that the only equipment obtainable while playing as the Bear is from a small pool of bear themed cards. Neither shops provide the Bear with any new equipment (or anything at all), the only source of new cards being chests on the field. Equipment upgrades, however, are still available.
Limit Break / Special Ability
Bear’s limit break and special ability remain the same regardless of episode.
Bear’s limit break, Bear Smash, does ten damage for free.
Bear does not have a special ability.
