Robot

Difficulty: 3/5 stars
Reason For Entering: wanted to win a life without sleep.
Pronouns: it/its or none

Description

Robot is a light gray dice with dark gray dots that resemble screws. It has dark gray lines on its face reminiscent of metal plates, mechanical arms with two fingered grabbing hands, and mechanical legs. It has a short antenna on the top of its head.

It is the third character you unlock to play in the game, after winning (or losing) one of Thief’s episodes. Its playstyle relies on patience, strategy when and where you use your dice, and some light math.

Its a cheery but frank person, focused on self improvement and managing its life as optimally as possible.

Its standard starting equipment are a Pea Shooter and Plasma Blaster.

Limit Break / Special Ability

Robot’s limit break and special ability remain the same for all episodes but ep 3.

Its limit break, Autoroll, allows it to “calculate” the exact number of dice it requires for its special ability, triggering a “jackpot.” The jackpot typically gives the same three options, but can vary in episodes 5 and 6.

Its special ability, CPU/Calculate, is used instead of rolling dice. Every time the Calculate button is hit, a dice is rolled- however, the faces of all calculate-rolled dice are added up. Once the total exceeds the CPU counter, the Robot’s equipment “errors out” and disappears. Rerolling dice does not contribute to the CPU counter in any way. CPU begins with a total value of 11 and increases upon certain level ups.

Jackpot rewards are as follows.

Episode 1-4:

Jackpot rewards for episode 5-6 are three randomly chosen options from the following list.
